Intellectual rights.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to Fingerprints Ltd. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it, in part or in whole, other than for your own personal, non-commerical use is prohibited without the prior permission of Fingerprints Ltd. You may not modify, adapt, alter, distribute or create deriative works of the site, in whole or in part. Copyrights to print designs, release from liability;

(1) if the customer provides his/her own motif or otherwise influences the product (personalisation of text), the customer assures buildashirt that the text and motif are not subject to any rights held by third parties. In such case the cost of any breaches of copyright, personal rights or rights to the use of a name will be borne solely by the customer. The customer also assures buildashirt that by personalising the product he is also not breaching any other rights held by third parties.

(2) The customer releases buildashirt.co.uk/henshirts.co.uk from all demands and claims which are made due to the infringement of such third-party rights, as far as the customer is responsible for the breach of duty. The customer shall reimburse buildashirt for all defense costs and other damages resulting from any such action.

Links to third parties.

The site may provide links to third parties that we believe may be of interest to you. We do not control nor vet these websites, and therefore we cannot accept any liability in respect of either the contents or your use of these websites.

Accuracy of content.

We have taken all possible precautions to ensure that the information provided within this site is accurate. Whilst all possible effort has been taken to display garment colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display will accurately reflect this.

Graphic size and position may vary depending on garment style & size. All effort will be made to recreate your design as accurately as possible however slight variations in position and proportion may occur.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit liability in relation to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of fingerprints. However, in all other circumstances we will not accept liability for any loss or damage of any kind suffered as a result of using this site, including use of the information provided within this site.

We make all possible effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses and defects. However, we cannot guarantee that use of this website or of any websites accessed through it, will not damage your computer. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage deemed to be a result of using this website.

It is your responsibility that you ensure that all information with regards to your account is kept confidential. We shall not accept responsibility for any loss or damage as a result of you not keeping all such information confidential.
